Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across different sales channels and business units.
- Develop performance dashboards and management reports to track productivity, KPI achievement, revenue generation, and business growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management through data-driven analysis.
- Incentive & KPI Management
- Design, review, and manage sales incentive schemes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain sales KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance measurement methodologies.
- Conduct incentive simulations, budget impact assessments, and scenario analysis.
- Perform annual incentive plan reviews and recommend enhancements to drive sustainable performance.
- Target Setting & Performance Planning
- Support annual business planning and sales target setting exercises.
- Analyze historical performance trends, market conditions, and productivity benchmarks.
- Facilitate target calibration discussions with business leaders and regional stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency and governance in target-setting methodologies.
- Sales Productivity Analysis
- Analyze workforce productivity, sales capacity, and headcount effectiveness.
- Identify performance gaps and propose strategic initiatives to improve productivity.
- Track sales funnel metrics, conversion rates, lead utilization, and business outcomes.
- Support manpower planning and resource allocation decisions.
- Performance Governance & Control
- Establish and maintain performance governance processes and controls.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across sales performance reporting.
- Partner with Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Control functions on performance-related assessments.
- Support management reviews on sales health, performance quality, and risk indicators.
