· Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development across multiple modules.
· Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and related technologies.
· Extensive experience with UI Builder/frontend, including creating and customizing modern user experiences.
· Strong front-end development experience in Service Portal, including widget development, scripting, and UI customization.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), Flow Designer, and platform best practices.
· Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
· Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-enabled solutions within ServiceNow or enterprise platforms.
· Experience with Agentic AI, Now Assist, or AI-driven workflow automation is a plus.
· Familiarity with enterprise-scale implementations and agile delivery methodologies.
