About this role
Job Summary
Provide production support for Workday integrations and interfaces.Troubleshoot and resolve inbound/outbound integration failures.Monitor integration health and ensure timely processing of business transactions.Develop and maintain Workday Studio integrations.Create and maintain EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect integrations, and custom integrations.Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations.Support integrations with payroll providers, identity management, finance systems, benefits vendors, and third-party applications.Perform root cause analysis for integration failures and recommend long-term solutions.Support Workday releases by validating integrations and implementing required changes.Participate in production deployments and emergency fixes.Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.4–7+ years of Workday integration development experience.Strong hands-on experience with:Workday StudioEnterprise Interface Builder (EIB)Core ConnectorsCloud ConnectWorkday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)XML/XSLTXPathJSONExperience troubleshooting integration failures in production.Knowledge of Workday integration architecture.
Skill Requirements
Experience with SFTP, middleware, and file-based integrations.Familiarity with security and authentication methods (OAuth, certificates, etc.).Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsWorkday Integration certification.Experience integrating Workday with SAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, payroll vendors, or identity management platforms.Experience with PECI, PICOF, and payroll integrations.Familiarity with monitoring tools and integration dashboards.Experience supporting Workday during post-go-live stabilization.
