Job Summary
ITAO Support: IT application OwnerManages and accounts for the overall Lifecycle of an application: Provide definition of service and work with DB sponsor on related costs, short and long-term planning for release scope, Knowledge of architecture, infrastructure, capacity, contracts and stability, assist DB sponsor in Budget management and control from creation through DB business and DB IT liaison, review, revision, monitoring and reporting.Defines application services: Collaboration with stakeholder to define application services, Plans, monitors and controls all Application Lifecycle Management activitiesBank Level 3 Service costs: With the help of DB sponsor account for and control Run the Bank Level 3 service costs.Application Strategy: Defines application strategy with respect to scope, architecture, infrastructure etc. based on the input of other organizational unitsInitiates Projects: Initiates projects to close application related issues and/or to comply with strategic requirementsCompliance: Controls policy, legal and regulatory compliance for an application.Vendor monthly meeting: Charing and documenting monthly meetings with DB business and Third-Party Vendors to understand and not limited to service satisfaction, changes and from application development teams on capacity implications of new releases.Capacity management: Manage platform capacity, consumption and performance, with forecasts based on historical trends and business plans provided by the Operational Lead and/or Business Sponsor.APO: Conduct Annual Application Portfolio Optimization (APO) exercise.Audits: Assist in Audits to maintain application stability and to ensure applications are in compliance with DB standards.Software Licenses Management (SLM): Manage software Licenses with help with Db sponsor.Review Applications: Review applications to ensure their compliance to common Audit themes including and not limited to Governance, Incident, Access, Interface, Change and Capacity, storage & Backups, Security Monitoring.
