Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Build and customize Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Catalog Client Scripts, and Catalog UI Policies.
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to automate business processes.
- Create and maintain Service Portal pages, widgets, and UI Builder experiences.
- Configure forms, lists, dashboards, reports, notifications, and Performance Analytics.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with external applications.
- Configure Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Scheduled Jobs for data migration and automation.
- Customize and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, STP, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
- Perform platform upgrades, patch implementations, and instance maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and release management activities.
- Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, and assist with production deployments.
- Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and deployment guides.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to optimize system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and ServiceNow development best practices.
- Provide production support, defect resolution, and ongoing enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
