About this role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in at least three Oracle HCM Cloud modules from Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor. The consultant should be able to independently manage functional workstream activities, client discussions, solution configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on expertise in any three Oracle HCM Cloud modules from:
o Core HR
o Payroll
o Absence ,Benefit ,compensation
• Addtional Knowledge with HCM module - OTL
• Working knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
• Strong understanding of cross-module processes and dependencies.
• Ability to independently conduct client-facing functional discussions.
• Strong documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications across relevant modules.
• Experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Knowledge of HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, approvals, and workflows.
• Experience in multi-country or complex HCM environments.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and business process discussions.
• Own configuration and functional solutioning for at least three Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Prepare and review functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, conversions, reports, workflows, and security requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business validation activities.
• Guide junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing within the team.
