"Job Description — Qlik Sense & NPrinting Developer
Role: Engineer (Developer) — Qlik Sense / Qlik NPrinting Band: E2.2 | Location: Offshore — Bengaluru | Positions: 3 (Immediate) Domain / Tower: Digital Engineering — Software Defined Vehicles Experience: 5+ years in Business Intelligence with deep specialisation in Qlik Sense
Role purpose
Design, build and support Qlik Sense applications and NPrinting report distribution for a Sweden-based global manufacturing client, covering applications such as UFA, RVC Tool and MCE Tool.
Key responsibilities
Design, build and deploy scalable Qlik Sense apps, dashboards and data models.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines, incremental loads and QVD layer frameworks.
Develop and schedule Qlik NPrinting reports and distribution templates.
Work with business stakeholders and the DPO to translate business needs into dashboards and KPIs.
Implement data security and governance via Section Access and user permissions.
Manage server tasks, task scheduling and troubleshooting through the Qlik Management Console (QMC); tune app performance.
Participate in KT sessions, build run books/SOPs and move into steady-state support.
Required skills
Advanced Qlik scripting, data modelling, Set Analysis and optimised QVD design.
Qlik NPrinting — report design, templates, scheduling and distribution.
Strong SQL and experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) or cloud data warehouses.
Dashboard UX and data visualisation best practices, dynamic KPIs.
Familiarity with Qlik APIs/extensions; Windows server basics.
Good to have
Python; exposure to Power BI / Databricks.
Agile/SAFe delivery experience; ServiceNow/Jira; version control and CI/CD.
Soft skills
Works independently, manages tight deadlines, and explains technical data clearly to non-technical business users; comfortable with Sweden time-zone overlap.
