Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to analyze and optimize endtoend Purchase Order PO processing consultant time booking approvals project budget handling and procurement governance processes The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders project managers finance teams procurement teams and executive process owners to understand current challenges and design a streamlined futurestate process

The primary objective of this role is to reduce PO cycle times simplify approval hierarchies improve budget visibility optimize AribatoSAP integration touchpoints and establish an efficient governance model for procurement and project financial management

The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to the client conducting workshops performing process assessments identifying bottlenecks and recommending practical business and system solutions

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Assessment

Analyze current endtoend ProcuretoPay P2P processes

Assess the existing PO creation and approval process across Ariba and SAP

Review current consultant onboarding time booking and approval mechanisms

Assess project budget planning commitment tracking and actual cost monitoring

Identify bottlenecks causing delays in PO approvals and budget consumption visibility
