1. Achieve sales targets with company strategy and use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential

2. Deliver excellent customer service and retail experience to customer and cultivate customer relationships through effective after-sales service

3. Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and maintain long-term relationship

4. Efficiently collect and update customer information for CRM purpose

5. Embody our company service values and standards at all times

6. Handle customer inquiries, first level luggage repairment, and follow-up communication efficiently to ensure a seamless service experience.
