About this role

Job Summary

UX Designer responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric experiences for complex enterprise applications within Capital Markets and trading environments. The role focuses on translating business requirements and user workflows into high-quality designs, prototypes, and scalable design systems that enhance productivity and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design user-centric experiences for complex, data-intensive enterprise applications.
  2. Create wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
  3. Translate business requirements, user workflows, and stakeholder feedback into intuitive design solutions.
  4. Collaborate with traders, product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to define and validate user experiences.
  5. Conduct user research, workflow analysis, usability testing, and design reviews.
  6. Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
  7. Ensure designs are implementation-ready and aligned with technical constraints and delivery timelines.
  8. Continuously improve user experience through feedback, analytics, and usability insights.

Skill Requirements

  1. Strong experience designing complex enterprise applications within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or trading environments.
  2. Expert proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
  3. Strong knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
  4. Experience designing data-rich desktop applications involving analytics, trading, pricing, or risk management workflows.
  5. Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis.

Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

Other Requirements

  1. Experience working with front-office, electronic trading, pricing, or risk platforms is preferred.
  2. Knowledge of Capital Markets or Investment Banking environments is advantageous.
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  4. Experience working within Agile product delivery teams.
