Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EPM EDMCS Consultant to lead enterprise metadata management, hierarchy governance, and master data transformation initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EDMCS solutions while integrating EDMCS with Oracle EPM modules including FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, PCMCS/EPCM, and Oracle ERP Cloud applications. The role requires strong expertise in metadata governance, enterprise hierarchies, workflow management, and business process optimization

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle EDMCS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
  • Design and maintain enterprise hierarchies, dimensions, and metadata models.
  • Define metadata governance frameworks, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Manage hierarchy change requests, approvals, and audit requirements.
  • Support Chart of Accounts, Legal Entity, Cost Center, Product, Business Unit, and other master data domains.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into EDMCS solutions.
  • Conduct impact assessments for metadata and hierarchy changes across EPM and ERP applications.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT stakeholders.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Configure EDMCS viewpoints, node types, subscriptions, requests, and workflows.
  • Implement hierarchy synchronization across FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS/EPCM, and Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Design metadata validation rules and data quality processes.
  • Support metadata migration and deployment activities across environments.
  • Develop integrations using EPM Automate, Data Integration, OIC, and REST APIs where required.
  • Troubleshoot metadata synchronization and hierarchy-related issues.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops and solution design discussions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support teams.
  • Participate in estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture activities.
  • Drive best practices for enterprise metadata governance and MDM initiatives.
