About this role
Job Summary
Independently manage complex Asset Finance activities, support operational excellence, mentor team members and contribute to quality and productivity improvement
Key Responsibilities
• Process and review complex Asset Finance transactions.
• Contribute to process improvement and ensure adherence to KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
• Support Associates with process queries and operational guidance.
• Review applications, agreements, customer requests and critical transactions.
• Conduct quality checks and identify error trends.
• Handle escalations and exception cases requiring advanced process knowledge.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Team Leaders and stakeholders; participate in client discussions and calibration sessions when required.
• Strong understanding of Asset Finance and banking operations.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to manage critical queues and multiple priorities.
• Strong quality and compliance orientation.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication.
Skill Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Confidence interacting with UK/Ireland stakeholders.
• Understanding of UK business communication standards.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate in a neutral or UK-preferred accent environment.
• Client-facing and operational discussion experience is preferred.
2-4 years in Banking Operations, Asset Finance, Loan Processing, Lending Operations or Financial Services. Exposure to KYC, Quality, Servicing, Coding & Verification, Unit Stocking or BOSS Inputting is preferred.
• Floor support and knowledge assistance.
• New joiner mentoring and buddy support.
• SOP adherence monitoring.
• Trend analysis and error-reduction support.
• Assistance during audits and process reviews.
Other Requirements
