About this role


Role scope 

Supports the warehouse and inventory functions, ensuring materials are properly received, stored, and distributed in line with project schedules and HSSEQ requirements


Details / responsibilities 

  • Assist in receiving, issuing, and tracking materials within the warehouse
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks
  • Support the safe handling and movement of materials per HSSEQ guidelines
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies and material shortages
  • Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries
  • Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
  • Perform other duties as required


Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (further education in Supply Chain is a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in materials handling or warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and HSSEQ regulations
