Senior Marketing Specialist

REInvest Greece – member of the RCG Group and leading real estate service provider in Greece, offering comprehensive, customer-centric solutions for individuals, businesses, and institutional entities.  We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join REInvest Greece in the Athens office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, setup, launch and ongoing optimization of marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels, including Google Ads, social media, native advertising, email marketing and website, with particular focus on auctions-related activity.

• Define and continuously refine audience, creative and messaging strategy to improve lead quality and CPL.
• Carry out ongoing competitor research to support optimization of keywords, ad headlines and creatives.
• Define the measurement framework, build and maintain reporting dashboards, and present KPIs and performance insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
• Oversee the organic social media presence, including content creation, posting, and community management.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters, from setup to performance tracking.
• Write, optimize, and publish blog content on the website to support SEO and drive organic traffic.
• Oversee updates to website content, landing pages and campaign pages, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and track upcoming actions, deadlines, campaign launches and required follow-ups.
• Lead offline marketing initiatives, including open house events, real estate fairs, radio ads and outdoor advertising, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Act as the in-house subject-matter expert across the marketing mix, setting best practice and managing external agencies, vendors and budgets to deliver measurable results against targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role, including time in a senior or specialist capacity defining marketing strategy and owning budgets.
• Proven track record building and scaling multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results against commercial goals, across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Strong command of social media management, content creation, and SEO principles.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data from tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio into actionable insights and smarter decision-making.
• Strong creative judgment, with the ability to own creative direction and produce on-brand assets in tools such as Canva, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Able to prioritize across competing initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery, with a clear focus on maximizing ROI.
• Strategic, proactive and autonomous, able to take end-to-end ownership of your area of expertise and deliver to a high standard with minimal oversight.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales and leadership to align marketing with broader business objectives and inform strategic direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
