Senior Manager - Recruitment

• Lead and coordinate recruitment activities for key roles across technology, product, engineering, support, operations, and leadership.
• Turn hiring needs into clear recruitment plans, including intake scheduling, recruiter allocation, requisition tracking, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure recruitment activities align with role priorities, business needs, and available hiring capacity.

• Work closely with hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, recruiters, and global teams.
• Collaborate to define role requirements, timelines, work model, and process-related details.

• Manage accurate creation, approval, and updates of hiring requisitions in Workday and aligned systems.
• Maintain alignment with Workday updates, position files, and agreed approval guidelines.
• Support consistent recruitment processes, templates, and reporting practices.

• Provide regular updates on open roles, interview progress, offers, and hiring actions.
• Ensure dashboard data remains accurate and ready for leadership review.

• Support team coordination, clear ownership, and adherence to hiring timelines.
• Promote process improvements through standard templates, dashboards, and routines.
• Contribute to building a positive team environment and engagement initiatives.

• Extended TA Partners and Sourcing Teams

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally across technology, operations, and leadership roles.
• Experience managing high-volume or priority hiring programmes.
• Hands-on experience with requisition governance, intake coordination, and recruitment systems.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities.
