About this role
We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager - Data Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, dashboard development (Power BI/Tableau), stakeholder management, and problem-solving, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. This role involves driving analytics initiatives, mentoring teams, and partnering with business leaders to improve performance and business outcomes.
- Lead and manage end-to-end data analytics projects to support business objectives.
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Create and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Design and review database schemas, data models, and data architecture to ensure scalability and performance.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Drive root cause analysis and solve complex business problems using analytical techniques.
- Establish data quality standards, governance processes, and reporting best practices.
- Mentor and guide a team of analysts, fostering analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Strong experience in dashboard development and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in database schema design, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading analytics teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor Degree in CS/IT or related field with 6+ years in Data Analytics
