Senior Identity Management Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Identity Management Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to lead implementation and consulting engagements independently.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Anugal deployment and configuration, along with hands-on skills in REST API integrations, Python scripting, orchestration workflows, and AI-driven identity automation. This role requires the ability to manage end-to-end IAM projects, lead customer engagements, assess existing identity landscapes, and design scalable solutions aligned with best practices and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead IAM/IGA implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment and go-live.
• Drive Anugal deployment, configuration, testing, and rollout across customer environments.
• Conduct workshops to gather business, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Configure IAM processes including:
• User Lifecycle Management
• Access Request Workflows
• Role Management / RBAC
• Certification Campaigns
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Design and implement REST API-based integrations with enterprise systems and target applications.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, custom connectors, and workflow enhancements.
• Build and manage orchestration workflows for identity lifecycle automation and access governance.
• Support AI-focused IAM capabilities, including identity intelligence, automation, and AI-driven access recommendations.
• Evaluate customer IAM environments, identify security and governance gaps, and provide gap assessment reports with remediation recommendations.
• Advise customers on IAM best practices, governance controls, and automation strategies.
• Lead technical discussions, provide implementation guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and assessment reports.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IAM / IGA implementation and consulting
• Strong hands-on experience in Anugal deployment and configuration

• Strong experience in REST API integration and API orchestration
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and custom development
• Experience in workflow orchestration and process automation
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts in IAM, such as intelligent access recommendations and identity analytics
• Experience in IAM assessments, gap analysis, and advisory
• Knowledge of integrations with AD, SAP, HRMS, and enterprise applications
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and documentation skills
• Ability to independently lead projects and customer engagements
