About this role

Your main tasks will include:

  • advising business and people managers on all HR-related matters
  • regular cooperation with works councils in co-determination matters, including negotiations of works agreements  
  • participating in (international) projects and reorganizations, together with other Shared Service streams  
  • supporting in M&A and (post-merger) integration projects  
  • enhancing digitalization and automation processes within HR environment
  • Regular working time of 39 hours with flextime account and hybrid working environment

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a HR generalist role
  • a confident and customer-oriented demeanor 
  • strong communication skills, experience in negotiations 
  • eager to learn, motivated, a proactive approach and solution-oriented 
  • a university degree or similar qualification is recommended 
  • very good ability to work in a team 
  • fluent German and English language skills 
  • knowledge in labor law would be advantageous
