Senior Full Stack Software Developer (Full Scope Poly)

About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Full Stack Software Developer for an exciting new contract. This role is fully onsite in Reston, VA (5 days per week required).

What you'll do

The Senior Developer role will be part of a team of Data, Cloud, and Security engineers delivering a cloud-native, centralized platform that delivers end-to-end budget traceability.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Clearance
• Technical expertise and hands on experience as a software developer, software engineer with knowledge for applying these skills to Oracle cloud and customer mission challenges.
• Experience with entire software development life cycle utilizing Python, JavaScript frameworks, SQL, Shell scripting, PL SQL, and other programming languages.
• Experience with building applications using Cloud Native services technologies such as Kubernetes, containers, Docker, REST.
• Experience in Cloud native services (Oracle Cloud services are desired)
• Training or experience with middleware technology such as WebLogic, Jboss, Apache Tomcat on Linux and Windows for migration to Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS.
• Passion for technology, the curiosity and willingness to constantly learn new skills, work with new tools and discover new and innovative approaches to solving complex technical challenges.
• The ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and, vice versa, translate functional needs to technical solutions.
• Experience in working with Agile framework
• 8+ years of experience relevant to this position
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline. Master’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or training in Oracle Visual Builder Studio or APEX
• Oracle Cloud (OCI) IaaS and/or PaaS Certifications are nice to have
• Experience with AI technologies for software development
• Data engineering experience (data validations, business rules, data transformations)
