Senior Executive - Quality Assurance
About this role
Location: Delhi, with travel to manufacturing units, warehouses, and retail/café outlets Experience: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across manufacturing units, warehouses, vendors, and café outlets.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and applicable food safety regulations.
- Conduct quality audits and hygiene inspections; document findings and track corrective actions.
- Support vendor audits, cold-chain monitoring, and quality checks across the supply chain.
- Assist with NPD trials, shelf-life studies, and packaging quality.
- Maintain SOPs, audit reports, product specifications, and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, R&D, and Operations teams to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC or Food Safety, preferably in F&B manufacturing, QSR, or organised retail.
- Working knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and GHP.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- FOSTAC certification or ISO 22000 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
