Role: Dispatch & Operations Executive – Coffee

About the Role

We are looking for a Dispatch & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day coffee dispatch operations from our Udyog Vihar unit. The role will involve coordinating dispatches to cafés, B2B customers and other company locations, while ensuring timely, accurate and systematic movement of coffee and related products.

The role will also involve team handling, ERP operations, inventory/dispatch documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Order Management

• Manage daily dispatches to cafés, B2B customers and other company units/locations.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, checked, and dispatched accurately within timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch.
• Track dispatch status and resolve operational issues or delays.
  
  

Team Handling

• Supervise and coordinate the team of packaging/dispatch employees.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor adherence to packing, labelling, and dispatch processes.
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and proper utilization of the team.
  
  

ERP & Documentation

• Work on NetSuite ERP for order processing, dispatch-related transactions, and system updates.
• Maintain and update Purchase Orders (POs) and other relevant records.
• Assist with uploading and maintaining bills/invoices and related documents in Excel/system.
• Ensure dispatch and operational records are accurate and updated on time.
  
  

Excel & Reporting

• Maintain daily dispatch trackers and operational records.
• Use Excel for basic reporting, reconciliation, and data management.
• Track pending orders, dispatches, and other operational requirements.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, FMCG/F&B, supply chain or operations preferred.
• Hands-on working experience with ERP systems; NetSuite exposure will be strongly preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong coordination and team-handling skills.
• Comfortable working with systems and maintaining operational data accurately.
• Good understanding of dispatch, packaging and order fulfilment processes.
• Exposure to the coffee/F&B industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple dispatch requirements simultaneously.
• Willingness to work extended shifts when business requirements demand.

Compensation & Benefits

?22,000–?24,000 per month (in-hand) 
5-day working week | 2 rotational weekly offs 
Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon 
Experience: 2–3 years preferred 
Education: Graduate in any discipline
