Job Role: Customer Support Executive / Senior Customer Support Executive
Experience: 0 - 3 Years
Work Location: Hyderabad

Who We're Looking For
• Any Undergraduate (10+2)/ Graduate/ Postgraduate is eligible to apply.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a BPO environment are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong written and reading comprehension abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week from the office with 2 rotational week-offs.
What You'll Be Doing
• Handle multiple customer chat conversations simultaneously while delivering a seamless customer
experience.
• Resolve customer queries related to Wi-Fi, routers, modems, and internet connectivity issues with
accuracy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the system as per process guidelines.
• Identify and recommend relevant products, services, or upgrades through cross-selling and upselling
opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while meeting defined
performance metrics.
Must Carry: Updated Resume and a Valid Government-issued ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or
Driving License)
