About this role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Mastery of Business Analyst Activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers and developers to gather product requirements. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide domain expertise as needed.
  • Expert in Retail Business and ERPs with good domain knowledge.
  • Write comprehensive business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in research and implement new ideas and processes to enhance business analysis practices.
  • Perform demonstrations of sprint reviews and, when necessary, present the finished work to customers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, offering guidance and support.
  • Work on projects of high complexity, contributing to project plans and timelines.
  • Works with 1-2 scrum teams.
  • Reviews and negotiates priorities with Product Management.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
  • Good with AI skills and building solutions using/via AI tools.
  • Performs work under minimal supervision
  • Knowledge on Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable,  Accounts Receivable, GL flows in an ERP.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years progressive ERP experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • At least 6 years of BA experience in building ERP products.
  • Retail ERP knowledge is a MUST.
  • Masters degree in Business analytics, or AI or Retail or Operations Management (or equivalent experience).
