Senior Business Analyst/Product Manager

Leobit (leobit.com) is a full-cycle web and mobile application development provider serving technology companies and startups primarily in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU (including Switzerland and Sweden). Our technology expertise spans .NET, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a wide range of Microsoft, Web, and Mobile technologies.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong product management capabilities to support pre-sales, lead discovery engagements, and drive product initiatives for both our customers and Leobit.

You will work closely with customer stakeholders, internal business and leadership teams, architects, designers, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, shape product vision, validate concepts, and define actionable MVP scope and requirements.

Location: Lviv.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience in software development, including direct collaboration with customers and business stakeholders
• Proven experience leading discovery engagements and stakeholder workshops, from problem definition through solution validation and scope agreement
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including reviewing RFPs, clarifying customer needs, defining scope, and contributing to proposals
• Strong product management capabilities, including product vision, value proposition, prioritization, MVP definition, and roadmap development
• Ability to understand business models, domains, users, and competitive landscapes, and translate these insights into product opportunities and decisions
• Excellent product analytics skills: define success metrics, interpret user behavior and product performance, and use evidence to validate hypotheses and guide priorities
• Ability to propose distinctive product concepts and features that solve meaningful user problems and create competitive advantage
• Experience validating product ideas through customer research, competitor analysis, prototypes, and experiments
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into clear workflows, functional and non-functional requirements, and solution options
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements management, with proficiency in process modeling, wireframing, and prototyping
• Ability to analyze systems, integrations, APIs, and data flows in collaboration with technical specialists
• Ability to balance customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and delivery effort while assessing assumptions, dependencies, and risks
• Practical experience using AI tools for analysis, requirements development, and rapid prototyping
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide decisions and build agreement
• Ability to work independently and manage several initiatives with limited initial information
• Experience creating interactive prototypes or functional proofs of concept using AI-assisted development or low-code tools (would be a plus)
• Experience in product management, consulting, or solution consulting roles (would be a plus)
• Experience identifying and validating opportunities for AI-powered features and business process automation (would be a plus)
• Working knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with product analytics tools (would be a plus)
• BA, Product Ownership, or related certifications (would be a plus)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (or similar technical field)
• Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least)

Responsibilities:

• Review customer requests, RFPs, and internal initiative proposals to identify business needs, scope gaps, and clarification questions
• Plan and lead discovery engagements, coordinating contributions from architects, designers, and other specialists
• Investigate business needs, user workflows, domains, and market opportunities to identify valuable product initiatives for customers and Leobit
• Shape product vision, value proposition, and roadmap with customer or internal stakeholders, connecting proposed capabilities to business outcomes
• Propose and validate new product ideas and distinctive features through research, prototypes, and experiments
• Define MVP scope, priorities, boundaries, and success metrics, balancing business value with feasibility and delivery effort
• Translate agreed concepts into workflows, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, and visual supporting materials
• Define the purpose and success criteria of proofs of concept, and work with technical specialists to assess results and recommend next steps
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and prototyping, reviewing outputs for accuracy and relevance
• Prepare scope breakdowns for estimation, clarifying assumptions, dependencies, and risks with the delivery team
• Contribute to proposals and stakeholder presentations, explaining solution options, scope, and trade-offs in clear business language
• Document validated requirements, decisions, and open questions, and support an effective handover to delivery
• Define product measurement approaches and use available insights to recommend improvements and refine priorities
• Contribute to reusable discovery and pre-sales practices, templates, and knowledge sharing within the company
