Sales Training Specialist

Position Description Tenna is searching for a Sales Training Specialist to build and deliver training programs that get our sales team up to speed quickly and keep them sharp. You will design curriculum specific to construction workflows and our products, create training materials such as presentations and videos, deliver sessions to new and tenured reps, and provide one-on-one coaching through shadowing and feedback. You will also measure how well the training is working using data on ramp time, quota attainment, and rep feedback, then adjust the program as needed. This role requires hands-on sales experience, ideally in SaaS, along with solid knowledge of the construction industry and proven experience training or developing others. Ideal candidates should be comfortable using training platforms and tools, capable of producing video and multimedia content, and skilled at analyzing training metrics to improve programs.
