Front-End Designer & Developer

Position Description: We are seeking a Front-End Designer & Developer to own how our website looks, feels, and converts, and to bring that same design craft to the campaigns, collateral, and creative our Marketing Team puts in front of the construction industry every day. This position is responsible for writing real front-end code: clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript inside our WordPress and Elementor environment. Our Front-End Designer & Developer will also work at a high level in Adobe Creative Cloud to support production of the graphics, ads, collateral, and campaign assets the Marketing Team relies on. The ideal candidate can seamlessly build landing pages and design tradeshow graphics, and do both well. The person in this role will partner closely with our Web Platform Engineer, who owns the technical health, security, and infrastructure of the site, while staying focused on design and front-end craft.
