Our UK-based client is hiring a full-time, remote Sales Support Team Member based in South Africa. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes, proposals and order paperwork accurately and on time
- Keep the CRM clean: contacts, stages, notes and next actions always current
- Chase outstanding information from customers and internal teams
- Process orders and coordinate handovers to fulfilment or operations
- Handle inbound customer queries and route opportunities to the right salesperson
- Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports for the sales manager
- Support campaigns with list building, mail merges and follow-up tracking
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day
Mornings start in the CRM: updating records from yesterday's activity, flagging stalled deals, and lining up the follow-ups that keep the pipeline honest. Through the day you will turn around quotes and order paperwork quickly, answer customer emails, and clear the small blockages that slow deals down.
You will close each week by preparing the numbers for the sales meeting - accurate, on time, and ready before anyone asks. The sales team will feel the difference within a month.

- 2+ years' experience in sales support, sales administration or commercial operations
- Excellent written and spoken English with a professional, helpful manner
- Proven reliability: stable fibre internet, backup power for load shedding, and a quiet home office
- Confident with tech tools: CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar), Excel or Sheets, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Accurate and fast with documents, quotes and data entry
- Proactive chaser who keeps pipelines and paperwork moving without prompting
