Salary: $25.74 to $33.32 hourly
Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
As a Sales Support Specialist, your impact is vital. You will support team collection goals by assisting with donor recruitment efforts and engaging blood drive coordinators to maximize participation, with a strong emphasis on acquiring first-time donors. While this role does not typically carry individual collection goals, you may assume responsibility for a territory when providing extended coverage. You will also help maintain existing blood drive accounts and support opportunities for growth.
What to Expect
Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday- Friday, Hours scheduled between 6:30am and 7pm with occasional evenings/weekends

As a Sales Support Specialist I, you’ll get to:
- Coordinate and support virtual and onsite blood drives in alignment with enterprise goals.
- Engage blood drive coordinators to increase donor participation and retention.
- Assist with donor recruitment initiatives, including outreach to first-time donors.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity using established systems.
- Support special projects and assist with training and onboarding of new and existing staff.
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, external regulations, and software usage standards.
- Collaborate with field teams and cross-functional partners to support operational success
Requirements and Preferences:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare Administration), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid in–state driver's license required.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of related experience in a sales, healthcare, or donor recruitment environment.
- Prior sales experience, particularly in customer facing or outreach roles.
