Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Representative, SLED, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting account growth. You’ll partner with Account Managers to coordinate orders, prepare quotes, resolve customer issues, and keep the sales process moving smoothly. 

What You’ll Do

• Support Account Managers and customers throughout the order fulfillment process
• Enter and monitor orders to help ensure timely, satisfactory delivery
• Prepare quotes, research product questions, and assist with bids
• Address stock, credit, shipping, and backorder issues
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service
• Proactively follow up on open orders and service concerns

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and adaptability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A customer-focused approach and ability to build effective relationships
