Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

● Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area● Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face● Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options● Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process● Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals● Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching andmentorship

What We’re Looking For

● Strong communication skills and positive attitude● Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset● Coachable and eager to grow professionally● Reliable with full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM)● Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.● Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
