Responsibilities

What You'll Earn

• $900–$1,500+/week average earnings — base pay + uncapped commissions + bonuses
• Weekly pay — every week, no waiting
• New Start Bonus up to $1,500 for qualified new hires

• Top performers earn $60K–$100K+ in their first year

What Your Day Looks Like

Residents in Illinois have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. Most don't know it. You're the one who changes that, neighborhood by neighborhood, door by door.

• Canvass assigned residential areas across the greater Chicago area
• Start straightforward conversations about energy choice and savings
• Explain the value clearly so homeowners feel confident and informed
• Walk customers through a simple, accurate enrollment process
• Build your skills through daily hands-on experience and coaching
• Work toward team targets and your own personal income goals

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• No experience required — we'll train you on everything from day one
• Comfortable talking to people face to face or ready to build that skill
• Motivated by income and growth — you want more than just a paycheck
• Reliable, coachable, and competitive
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
