The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales objectives. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and provide effective commercial solutions while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Missions

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers 

• Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs 

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction 

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule 

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments 

• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports 

• Build territory plans and strategy 

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends 

• Generate opportunity pipeline 

• Customize and communicate insights and value propositions 

• Successfully close customer deals 

• Continuously improve customer satisfaction through feedback 

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing accounts and achieving revenue targets. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships. 

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, capacity to define a vision and strategy and drive business growth. 

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. 

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 

• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Ability and willingness to travel at least 60% of the time to customer events
