Sales & Operations Specialist
About this role
The Sales & Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting business development and managing client relationships while ensuring effective delivery of staffing and workforce solutions. The role combines sales activities, commercial coordination, and operational follow-up to ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and support sales targets.
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM tracking.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP submissions.
- Maintain and grow client relationships.
- Coordinate workforce requirements with Recruitment and Operations teams.
- Oversee staffing lifecycle activities (onboarding, deployment, renewals, replacements, offboarding).
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.
- Handle client queries and resolve operational issues with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Identify account growth and renewal opportunities.
- Monitor market trends to support business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, staffing, or HR services.
- Experience in manpower, outsourcing, or PEO/EOR is preferred.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM/HRMS experience preferred.
