This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy working with data, processes, and customer interactions while collaborating closely with the sales and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities Own and manage inbound and outbound sales pipeline tracking. Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring all customer interactions, follow-ups, and notes are updated accurately. Coordinate daily sales scrums and assist in pipeline review meetings. Support customer onboarding and track product adoption and usage. Monitor customer engagement, identify potential churn risks, and proactively escalate concerns to the relevant teams. Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and operational metrics. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase team efficiency. Required Skills Strong communication and coordination skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM tools. Quick learner with a proactive mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar is a plus. Internship experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Success, or Business Development is an advantage.
