About this role
Our client is looking for high-potential young professionals to join its Sales Executive Trainee Programme. The Sales Executive Trainee Programme is an intensive recruitment, learning and development experience designed to identify and develop the next generation of sales talent. This is more than a training programme. You will be assessed, trained and exposed to real-world sales situations, with the top performers ultimately selected for Sales Executive opportunities.

Requirements
We are looking for ambitious, energetic and commercially minded individuals who:
- Minimum of OND, and 0–3 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Have a strong interest in building a career in sales, business development or other commercial roles.
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Are confident, persuasive and commercially aware, with an ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
- Demonstrate resilience, initiative and a willingness to learn, adapt and take on challenges.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Have experience or exposure in sales, business development, customer service, retail, FMCG or other commercial environments (an advantage) and are available to participate fully in the programme.
