We are seeking a Sales Director for our First Quality Products Inc. facility, working remotely.  This position will maintain and grow overall Healthcare business without territory or assignment boundaries. They will achieve results by working collaboratively with the First Quality team to prospect, qualify and close new business and maintain existing business by nurturing strong distributor and industry relationships.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and nurture a wide network within the industry to generate a strong pipeline of opportunities while maintaining current customer base.

• Work closely and effectively with distributors to generate and close new sales opportunities while maintaining current customers.

• Collaborate with all members of the Healthcare Sales and Clinical team to seamlessly bring on new opportunities and business and maintain existing customer base.

• Lead and facilitate a team approach promoting teamwork and collaboration within the First Quality Sales and Clinical team.

• Responsible for complex sales and account management for healthcare segments (Skilled Nursing, Senior Living and Home Care).

• As necessary travel to customers and industry events to support closing and maintaining accounts.

• Utilize sales reports & data to analyze business to determine customer and distributor needs and develop strategic plan that are consistent with company objectives.

• Gather and communicate internally appropriate market and competitive information.

• Work closely and effectively with internal teams including Commercial Finance, Forecasting, Marketing and HR to ensure we function seamlessly.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Multiple years of Sales Experience. Healthcare experience and First Quality experience strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 8+ years of Sales or Industry Experience

• Demonstrated sales skills, preferably at all levels of customers. Demonstrated Sales Leader.

• Multiple years of Sales Experience. Healthcare experience and First Quality experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence.

• Strong Analytical Skills.

• Teams Presentation and communicating digitally and virtually.

• Standard knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Word, PPT and Excel.

• Creative thinking, possess ability to resolve critical problems. Strong strategic thinking and decision making.

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Understanding of Healthcare industry and current with trends.

• Effectively communicate throughout First Quality their customers/territory, trends, and pipeline.

Travel as needed, 25-50%
