Sales Digital Operations Specialist

ICAP Employment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Digital Operations Specialist to support its client, a leading company in the insurance industry, located in Athens.

The successful candidate in this role will support the rollout and day-to-day operation of the Agent Digital Office (ADO) platform, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for insurance agents. Acting as the main point of contact, you will provide training, guidance, and first-line support, while also managing digital content through the YEXT platform and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the onboarding and activation of insurance agents on the Agent Digital Office (ADO) platform.
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to insurance agents, ensuring effective adoption and use of the platform.
• Serve as the first point of contact for agents, responding to inquiries and resolving day-to-day platform-related issues.
• Upload, organize, and schedule digital content through the YEXT platform.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues and continuously improve user experience.
• Monitor onboarding activities and support the successful execution of rollout waves.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to onboarding and support activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer support, training, digital operations, or project coordination will be considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with insurance agents and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM, CMS, or digital platforms is considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
