Sales Development Representative (On-site)

We are looking for professionals who are confident initiating conversations with business prospects and are comfortable working in a structured outbound sales environment. The successful candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to identify qualified business opportunities through outbound prospecting. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls using provided prospect and lead lists. Present and promote the client's services using an approved calling script. Identify, qualify, and engage potential business prospects. Schedule qualified discovery and strategy meetings for the client's executive team. Research prospective businesses and identify potential sales opportunities. Build and maintain accurate and relevant prospect lists. Identify prospect needs, pain points, objections, and potential service requirements. Record call activities, conversations, notes, lead status, and outcomes accurately in the CRM or designated tracking spreadsheets. Conduct timely follow-ups through email to maintain prospect engagement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information throughout the sales process. Provide feedback and insights gathered from prospect conversations to support the improvement of outreach strategies. Consistently meet agreed-upon activity and performance expectations. Requirements Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation. Previous experience in B2B outbound sales or appointment setting is highly preferred. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Clear, confident, and professional communication style. Strong active listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage prospects, ask relevant questions, and maintain meaningful conversations. Comfortable handling objections and responding professionally to prospect concerns. Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural and conversational approach. Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management platforms, or spreadsheets. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Willingness to work on-site and follow the required UK-time schedule. Experience working with or calling UK-based prospects is an advantage.
