Hike Medical is building the operating system for device-based care: AI that runs the revenue cycle (Hike Intelligence), point-of-care software (Hike Clinical), and our own 3D-printing lab (Hike Lab), built only for orthotics, prosthetics, and DME. The Opportunity

Our SDRs are the engine of provider growth, and right now that engine runs on hustle. We need the leader who turns it into a machine.

You'll take the SDR function from 0 to 1: hire the team, write the playbook, coach every rep, and own the pipeline number the whole company plans around. Our buyers are O&P clinics, podiatry practices, and DME providers, from single-site owners to national groups with hundreds of locations. They run on fax machines and denied claims, and they're guarded by front desks that have heard every pitch. Getting in the door takes skill. Building a team that does it every day takes more.

What You'll Own

• The number. Qualified meetings set and held for our Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic AEs. You're accountable for it, every week.

• The team. Hire, onboard, and ramp 6+ SDRs over the next year. Every hire raises the bar.

• The playbook. Cadences, messaging, lists, and sample-kit plays by segment, plus a clean handoff to AEs. What our best reps do by instinct, every rep does by design.

• The coaching. Call reviews, role-plays, and daily pipeline management. When a rep is stuck, you pick up the phone and show them how.

• The data. Activity, conversion, and capacity tracked in HubSpot. You know where the funnel leaks before anyone asks.

• $95K base + $95K variable ($190K OTE)
