Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Operativer Einkauf von Produktionsmaterialien
  • Überwachung von Liefermengen und –terminen
  • Bearbeiten von Liefermahnungen und proaktives Fehlteilmanagement
  • Prüfung der Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Rechnungskontrolle bei Stückzahlabweichung
  • Ersatzteilbeschaffung
  • im Eskalations-Prozess
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten innerhalb des Bereiches
  • Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Verantwortung für Auszubildende im Bereich

 

 

Was wir suchen

 

  • Technische- oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einer entsprechenden Weiterbildung (Bsp. Technischer Kaufmann)
  • Selbstständiges, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kundenorientierte Auffassungsgabe inkl. Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Kontinuierliches Verbesserungsflair
