About this role

로봇의 control & navigation중심의 onboard software stack을 개발하는 역할입니다. AI가 생성한 action을 실제 로봇의 안정적이고 정밀한 동작으로 구현하여, 로봇이 현장에서 24시간 안정적으로 작동하도록 만듭니다.

This role develops the robot's control, navigation, and onboard software stack and turn AI-generated actions into stable, precise robot motion, keeping robots running reliably 24/7 in the field.

주요업무 (Key Responsibility)

  • 로봇의 motion control·navigation 소프트웨어 개발
  • Onboard software stack 설계 및 구현
  • AI가 생성한 action을 안정적·정밀한 로봇 동작으로 변환
  • 실 로봇 환경에서의 통합·테스트·디버깅
  • AI·하드웨어 팀과 협업하여 소프트웨어와 로봇 동작 정합
  • Develop the robot's motion control and navigation software
  • Design and implement the onboard software stack
  • Translate AI-generated actions into stable, precise robot motion
  • Integrate, test, and debug on real robot hardware
  • Collaborate with AI and hardware teams to align software with robot behavior

  • 로봇 소프트웨어(Motion Control, Navigation, 또는 Onboard Stack) 관련 3~5년 개발 경험
  • C++ 및 Python 기반 실시간 로봇 소프트웨어 개발 역량
  • ROS/ROS2 또는 유사 로봇 미들웨어 경험
  • 실 로봇 하드웨어와의 통합·검증 경험
  • 컴퓨터공학/소프웨어 공학(로봇공학) 관련 학사 이상 또는 그에 준하는 경험 (로봇 도메인 경험)
  • 3–5 years developing robot software (motion control, navigation, or onboard stack)
  • Strong real-time robot software skills in C++ and Python
  • Experience with ROS/ROS2 or similar robot middleware
  • Experience integrating and validating with real robot hardware
  • Master's degree in CS, Robotics, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Motion Planning, Control Theory, 또는 SLAM (navigation) 관련 전문성
  • 실시간 시스템 또는 임베디드 소프트웨어 경험
  • 실 로봇 양산·배포 경험 (yocto linux 경험)
  • AI 기반 로봇 시스템과의 통합 경험
  • Expertise in motion planning, control theory, or SLAM (or) navigation
  • Experience with real-time systems or embedded software
  • Experience mass-producing / deploying real robots
  • Experience integrating with AI-driven robot systems
