Key Responsibilities
- Sales Excellence: Drive premium retail sales by delivering expert consultations on Sealy’s advanced posturepedic technology, sleep systems, and luxury bedding accessories to achieve high-ticket revenue targets.
- Customer Consultations: Utilize deep product knowledge to assess individual customer sleep needs, body alignment concerns, and comfort preferences to recommend the ideal mattress model.
- Showroom Presentation: Maintain premium brand standards across showroom displays, ensuring correct product formatting, pricing clarity, and visual merchandising compliance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with premium clients, interior designers, and corporate accounts, providing structured follow-ups and after-sales care.
- Market Insights: Track local mattress market trends, competitor promotions, and consumer preferences in Saudi Arabia to feed back actionable insights to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Valid Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Industry Experience: Exactly 8+ years of proven retail experience specializing specifically in high-end mattresses, bedding textiles, or sleep ergonomics.
- Product Knowledge: Expert understanding of mattress construction (pocket springs, memory foam, latex, hybrid layers) and sleep science.
- Communication: Exceptional bilingual capabilities (Arabic and English) with a highly persuasive and polished consultative selling style.
- Location Requirements: Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid residency status.
