Uraian Pekerjaan

  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi lokasi potensial untuk pembukaan toko baru.
  • Melakukan survei lokasi serta analisis pasar untuk mendukung ekspansi bisnis.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemilik properti, pengelola mal, landlord, dan mitra bisnis.
  • Mendukung proses pembukaan toko baru serta proyek ekspansi perusahaan.
  • Mengembangkan dan mengelola jaringan reseller, dealer, atau franchise.
  • Memantau performa channel penjualan serta tren pasar untuk mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis.
  • Melakukan negosiasi terkait kerja sama komersial dan perjanjian kemitraan.
  • Mengumpulkan data lapangan, termasuk traffic pengunjung dan informasi pasar, sebagai bahan analisis dan pengambilan keputusan.

Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan membangun relasi yang baik dengan berbagai pihak.
  • Mampu melakukan analisis lokasi, riset pasar, dan mengidentifikasi peluang ekspansi bisnis.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan kunjungan lapangan secara berkala.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim di lingkungan yang dinamis.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office atau Google Workspace, terutama Excel/Google Sheets untuk analisis data.
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem-solving, berpikir analitis, serta mampu mengelola beberapa proyek secara bersamaan.
  • Memiliki SIM A/C dan kendaraan pribadi menjadi nilai tambah (jika diperlukan untuk mobilitas).
  • Memahami proses pembukaan toko (store opening), negosiasi dengan mall/landlord, atau pengembangan jaringan reseller/dealer menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki ketertarikan terhadap industri retail, gadget, atau consumer electronics.
