About this role

Estamos en búsqueda de un Junior Recruiter para unirse a nuestro equipo de Marathon de forma remota. En este rol apoyarás el proceso de reclutamiento de extremo a extremo, incluyendo la publicación de vacantes, búsqueda y filtrado de candidatos, coordinación de entrevistas y comunicación constante con los candidatos durante todo el proceso de selección.

1 año de experiencia previa, preferiblemente en reclutamiento o áreas relacionadas con recursos humanos. Nivel de inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). Debe residir en Colombia. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y atención al detalle. Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y autónoma.
