Buscamos un VoIP Infrastructure Engineer para liderar la infraestructura de telefonía que soporta millones de llamadas en toda Latinoamérica. Este rol será responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad, estabilidad y escalabilidad de nuestra plataforma de voz, trabajando de la mano con carriers, proveedores de telecomunicaciones y el equipo de ingeniería.

Responsabilidades
- Liderar la infraestructura de telefonía y garantizar su disponibilidad y rendimiento.
- Integrar nuevos carriers y poner en producción SIP Trunks en distintos países de Latinoamérica.
- Administrar DIDs, numeración local y portabilidad para mantener una alta contactabilidad.
- Configurar y optimizar SBCs, señalización SIP y flujos RTP.
- Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con SIP, codecs, Caller ID, rutas de llamadas y calidad de audio.
- Gestionar los requerimientos regulatorios y procesos de KYC asociados a la numeración local.
- Diseñar e implementar herramientas de monitoreo para supervisar la salud de la plataforma y anticipar incidencias.
- Colaborar con equipos de producto e ingeniería para mejorar continuamente la infraestructura de voz.
- 2+ años de experiencia administrando infraestructura VoIP en ambientes de producción.
- Conocimiento sólido de SIP, RTP, SRTP, codecs y protocolos de telefonía IP.
- Experiencia con FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Kamailio u OpenSIPS.
- Experiencia configurando y administrando SBCs, SIP Trunks y carriers.
- Conocimiento en gestión de DIDs, numeración local y portabilidad.
- Experiencia trabajando con carriers en Latinoamérica.
- Capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas complejos de telefonía.
- Inglés técnico.
