Job Summary
El Técnico de Calidad estará ubicado en Guadalajara, Norte.
Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:
- Gestión de personal (auditores) identificando si todas las estaciones están cubiertas y cubrirlas con reacomodo del personal en caso de ser necesario.
- Elaboración diaria de reportes de GIL y SCRIPT del día anterior, incluyendo productos no conformes, estatus de purga, etc.
- Identificar en los productos no conformes si hay cambio de modelo o de línea
- Análisis de boletines de calidad.
- Auditar diariamente las operaciones de manufactura.
- Revisar que los auditores hagan sus fichas de trabajo como lo pide el MBT.
Habilidades indispensables para el rol:
- Manejo de herramientas de calidad
- Diagramas de Causa Efecto
- Conocimiento en Ishikawa
- Análisis 5whys
- Gestión de personal auditor
- Carrera técnica
- Horario mixto (L a V de 8 am a 5 pm, con disponibilidad de rotar turno según la operación)
- Ingeniería en proceso (deseable)
- Experiencia previa
