Estelle’s Professional Community Services (EPCS) is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS) team.
This is a community-based role where you'll work directly with individuals to strengthen everyday skills, increase stability, work toward personal goals, and build greater independence.

What You'll Do
As a QMHP with EPCS, you'll provide goal-directed Mental Health Skill-Building Services based on each individual's needs and Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
You'll:
- Provide face-to-face, community-based mental health skill-building services
- Help individuals develop skills that support stability, daily functioning, and independence
- Provide goal-directed training and interventions identified in the individual's ISP
- Support individuals in working toward their personal goals
- Monitor progress and adjust your approach based on individual needs
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Complete required intake and service documentation
- Ensure required signatures and documentation are obtained
- Follow EPCS policies and applicable DMAS and DBHDS requirements
- Manage assigned responsibilities independently and professionally
To be considered, candidates must meet the requirements for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), including:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Appropriate registration with the Board
- Strong transferable behavioral health experience, including work, training, or experience providing collaborative behavioral health services to youth or adults
- Eligibility to work in the United States
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Direct experience providing community-based behavioral health services to adults is a plus
- Case management, psychosocial rehabilitation, or person-centered skill-building experience is a plus
- Experience working with adults with serious mental illness or other behavioral health needs is a plus
- Direct Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS) experience is a plus
- Behavioral health documentation experience, including EHRs, progress or service notes, intake documentation, and individualized service plans (ISPs), is a plus
- Knowledge of community resources relevant to adults with behavioral health needs is a plus
- Experience collaborating with care teams, families or guardians, community providers, and referral sources is a plus
- Meaningful, community-based behavioral health work
