Job Description
Overall Purpose of Job:
- Administrative support of Purchasing team in daily business ( SAP maintenance) upon request from Purchasing organization placed on OTRS- service desk
Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:
- SAP Master data management (material master data maintenance, output maintenance)
- Purchase Order/Info record/Scheduled Agreement creation and maintenance
- Sales Order creation/Cock pit processing
- Price/Payment terms maintenance
- Tool ordering / tool change ordering; incl TAD maintenance
- Fast PCB, etc.
- SAP/SAC reporting ( Supplier List extended, Price deviation. Etc.)
- Other activities related to Purchasing Operations Support Team scope: ad-hoc reports, mass communication to suppliers, certificate management in SAP, documents upload etc.
Qualifications
Experiences and requirements:
- University or college degree
- Basic user of Excel (basic formulas and pivot), Word, Power point, Share point
- Interest in working with the systems. Ability to learn new systems (e.g. Robotic Process Automation tools).
- As a benefit – knowledge of SAP ERP, S4HANA system
- English – B2 (daily communication)
- German language A2/B1 as an advantage
