For further development of our Engineering Center we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Strength/stress (FEM) engineer.

Job Description

  • Supporting of design engineers team with strength/stress calculations of new product using computer FEM analytical methods (Ansys Mechanical and CATIA will be used) and classical manual methods;
  • Participation in Design Reviews;     
  • Preparation of appropriate documentation (analysis reports) for assigned projects;
  • Coordination with engineering, production and product validation teams.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree;
  • 2+ years related experience with Design and Development;
  • Knowledge of non-linear FEA methods using Nastran, Patran, Abaqus or other FEM software;
  • Conversational and technical language skills — English or German;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work closely as a team with other international locations;
  • Customer focus, teamwork, and planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
