About this role
- Support Product and Operation teams in managing project-related activities, particularly those involving rate card and rate code mapping between ISP and IT teams.
- Assist the Media Sales team in supporting event activities and other operational needs, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative activities to ensure relevant information, requests, and follow-ups are properly documented and communicated.
- Prepare and maintain meeting documentation, including taking minutes during the weekly Media Business team meeting and summarizing key discussions.
- Record and organize action items and follow-ups from meetings to support effective team coordination and project progress.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to support the smooth execution of project and business-related activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Management or a related field.
- Adaptive and proactive, with the ability to adjust to different tasks and take initiative when supporting project activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation and meeting notes.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on assigned responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Willing to work onsite and support business or event-related activities when required.
